Service Description

Your follow-up visit with Dr. Kajima will follow treatment as described in your plan following the initial visit. This appointment takes place at your home and runs for an hour with about 15 minutes allocated for check-up and 45 minutes for the treatment. The price is different for outside of San Francisco.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact Dr. Kajima via email at lkajima@lubene.com at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged $120.
