Service Description

Your follow-up visit with Dr. Kajima will follow treatment as described in your treatment plan. This appointment takes place at Lubene office and runs for 50--60min with 30min contact time. The price includes acupuncture and other therapeutic modalities of Chinese medicine if needed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact Dr. Kajima via email at lkajima@lubene.com at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged $120.
