Service Description

Your follow-up visit with Dr. Kajima will follow treatment as described in your treatment plan. This appointment takes place at your home and runs for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact Dr. Kajima via email at lkajima@lubene.com at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged $120.
